Registered Office: 16 Derwent Court, Hobart Close, Chelmsford, Essex
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PIP SPORT LTD and any purchases made from PIP SPORT LTD.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order.
By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About Us
This website is operated by:
Business/Trading Name: PIP SPORT
Legal Name: PIP SPORTSWEAR GLOBAL LTD
Business Type: LIMITED COMPANY
Company Number: 17504814
Registered Office/Business Address: 16 Derwent Court, Hobart Close, Chelmsford, UK
Email: pipsportswear@hotmail.com
Website: pipsport.com
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PIP SPORT LTD.
“You”, “your” and “customer” refer to the person purchasing from or using our website.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order with us, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- you are authorised to use the payment method provided; and
- you are purchasing products for lawful purposes.
If you are under 18, you should only place an order with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, sizing information and other details displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography.
Measurements may also vary slightly because of manufacturing processes or the way products are measured.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s appearance, quality or intended use will not necessarily be considered defects.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where an item is faulty, materially different from its description, of unsatisfactory quality or not fit for purpose.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.
An item may become unavailable between being added to your basket and completion of checkout.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and will either:
- offer an appropriate alternative where you agree;
- remove the unavailable product from your order and refund it; or
- cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.
We are not obliged to supply an alternative product without your agreement.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.
You will normally receive an automatic order confirmation after completing checkout.
An automatic order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order and/or dispatch the products, depending on the checkout and fulfilment process used by our website.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:
- the product being unavailable;
- an obvious pricing or description error;
- suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;
- inability to authorise payment;
- restrictions on delivery;
- suspected misuse of promotions; or
- circumstances preventing us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will refund the relevant amount.
6. Order Information and Errors
You are responsible for checking your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Please check:
- products;
- sizes;
- colours;
- quantities;
- delivery address; and
- contact information.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once it has entered processing or has been dispatched.
7. Prices
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where VAT applies.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices at any time, but price changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.
8. Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate.
Occasionally, a product may be incorrectly priced due to human or technical error.
Where an obvious pricing error has occurred, we may contact you before dispatch and give you the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order.
If we cancel an order because of a pricing error after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the affected product will be refunded.
9. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Available payment methods may change from time to time.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Your order may be delayed or cancelled if your payment cannot be authorised or if additional verification is required.
We do not accept responsibility for charges imposed independently by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
10. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- only one promotional code may be used per order;
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotions cannot normally be applied retrospectively;
- promotional codes may have an expiry date;
- some products may be excluded;
- minimum spend requirements may apply; and
- promotions may be withdrawn or amended where reasonably necessary.
We may refuse or cancel a promotional discount where we reasonably believe that a promotion has been abused, manipulated or used contrary to its stated terms.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Delivery
Delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or within our Delivery Policy.
Please ensure that your delivery information is correct.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
12. Delivery Delays
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will investigate where appropriate.
Delays may occur because of:
- courier disruption;
- adverse weather;
- public holidays;
- customs processing;
- unusually high order volumes;
- incorrect delivery information;
- strikes;
- transport disruption; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to cancel an order because of late delivery under applicable consumer law.
13. Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for the goods will generally pass to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession or the possession of a person identified by you to receive them.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment for them.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
14. Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
Where the statutory right to cancel applies, you generally have 14 days after receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You do not need to provide a reason.
After informing us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Different rules may apply to products that are legally exempt from the cancellation right.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at:
pipsportswear@hotmail.com
Please provide your name, order number and details of the product you wish to return.
You may also use the cancellation form provided at the end of these Terms.
15. Return Conditions
Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession.
You may inspect or try on a product in the same way that you reasonably would in a physical shop.
Where possible, products should be returned with:
- original packaging;
- tags;
- labels;
- accessories;
- protective packaging; and
- any other components supplied with the product.
Please do not:
- wear an item for an extended period;
- wash it;
- alter it;
- damage it;
- stain it;
- expose it to strong odours;
- remove hygiene seals where doing so affects return eligibility; or
- use it beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
If your handling of a product goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and this reduces its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund where permitted by law.
The absence of packaging or tags will not automatically remove a statutory cancellation right where that right applies, although the condition of the returned product may be relevant when determining whether its value has been reduced.
16. Proof of Purchase
We may request reasonable evidence that the product was purchased from us before processing a return, exchange, refund or faulty-item claim.
Evidence may include:
- an order number;
- order confirmation;
- receipt;
- payment confirmation; or
- other reasonable evidence of purchase.
If we cannot verify that an item was purchased from us, we may be unable to process the request.
17. Change-of-Mind Return Postage
Unless we have stated otherwise, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where they have simply changed their mind.
We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been completed.
Please package returned items appropriately to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
This section does not apply in the same way where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
18. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability when your returned item is received and processed.
If you wish to exchange an item for another size, colour or available variation, please contact us with your order details.
We cannot guarantee that the requested replacement will remain available while your return is in transit.
If the requested replacement is available when your return is processed, we will arrange the exchange.
If the requested item is no longer available, we may offer:
- another available size;
- another colour or variation;
- an alternative product;
- store credit, where agreed; or
- a refund.
A refund will be provided where required by law.
Any replacement item must normally be of the same value as the item returned unless otherwise agreed.
If you choose an alternative item that costs more, you may be asked to pay the difference.
If the replacement costs less, the appropriate difference will be refunded or otherwise dealt with as agreed.
Stock cannot be guaranteed or reserved until the exchange has been approved and processed.
19. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives:
- faulty;
- damaged;
- defective;
- incorrectly supplied; or
- materially different from its description,
please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
When contacting us, please provide where possible:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- photographs or videos showing the fault or damage;
- photographs of the packaging where delivery damage has occurred; and
- photographs of the shipping label where relevant.
Please do not dispose of the product or packaging until we have had a reasonable opportunity to review the issue where this is practical.
Where an item appears to have been damaged in transit, we may require information or photographs so that we can raise a claim or investigation with the delivery provider.
Where goods do not meet your statutory rights, remedies may include a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs or provide appropriate return instructions where required.
Nothing in these Terms reduces your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
20. Normal Wear, Accidental Damage and Misuse
A product will not normally be treated as faulty merely because it has experienced:
- ordinary wear and tear;
- accidental damage;
- improper storage;
- misuse;
- failure to follow reasonable care instructions;
- incorrect washing or cleaning;
- unauthorised alteration;
- damage caused after delivery by the customer; or
- deterioration reasonably expected from normal use.
This section does not prevent you from exercising any statutory rights you may have.
21. Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Certain sealed products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return once their seal has been broken where the law permits an exemption for health-protection or hygiene reasons.
This may include certain:
- underwear;
- lingerie;
- swimwear; or
- other hygiene-sensitive products.
Any exemption will only be applied where legally permitted.
If the product is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
22. Personalised or Custom-Made Products
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the normal statutory change-of-mind cancellation right where applicable.
This does not affect your rights where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
23. Sale and Clearance Products
Sale and clearance products are not automatically excluded from statutory consumer rights merely because they are discounted.
Unless another lawful exception applies, statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights continue to apply.
Where we voluntarily offer a returns period beyond your statutory rights, different conditions may apply to that additional returns period where clearly stated.
24. Partial Returns
If your order contains several products, you may return only the eligible products that you do not wish to keep.
Any refund will normally relate only to the products successfully returned.
Where your original purchase benefited from a:
- bundle discount;
- multi-buy promotion;
- minimum-spend discount;
- free gift;
- “buy one, get one” promotion; or
- similar offer,
and your partial return means that the remaining purchase would no longer have qualified for that promotion, we may recalculate the applicable refund where this was made clear as part of the promotion and is permitted by law.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
25. Free Gifts and Promotional Items
Where a free product or promotional item was supplied because your order met certain qualifying conditions, we may require the promotional item to be returned where returning part of the order means the original qualifying conditions are no longer met.
If a promotional item is not returned where required, we may adjust the refund where permitted by law and where the promotional terms made this clear.
26. Gift Returns
If you have received one of our products as a gift, please contact us before returning it.
We may ask for the original order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer the gift recipient:
- an exchange;
- replacement; or
- store credit.
We will not disclose the original purchaser’s private payment or account information to the recipient.
27. Incorrect or Unidentifiable Returns
Please follow the return instructions provided by us before sending an item.
Your return should contain sufficient information for us to identify the relevant order.
If we receive a parcel without sufficient identifying information, your return may be delayed while we attempt to establish who sent it.
If you accidentally send us an item that was not purchased from us, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that unrelated items mistakenly sent to us can be stored indefinitely.
Where reasonably possible, we may arrange for such an item to be returned to you, and you may be responsible for reasonable postage costs.
28. Refunds
Where you are entitled to a refund following a statutory cancellation, we will process that refund within the timeframe required by applicable law.
For goods returned following cancellation, we may generally wait until:
- we receive the goods back; or
- you provide appropriate evidence that the goods have been sent back,
where the law permits us to do so.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method you originally used unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refunded amount after we have processed it.
We do not control the processing times of banks or external payment providers.
29. Original Delivery Charges
Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right for the relevant order, any refund of the original delivery charge will be made in accordance with applicable law.
Where you selected a premium or expedited delivery service costing more than our least expensive standard delivery option, we may only be required to refund the equivalent cost of the standard delivery option.
30. Return Parcels
When you are responsible for returning a product, we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a tracked delivery method.
You should retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been completed.
If a returned parcel does not reach us, proof of postage may assist in establishing what happened.
Nothing in this section transfers to you any risk or responsibility that the law requires us to bear.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
31. Customer Support Response Times
We are a small business, and our customer support, sales assistance and social media enquiries are currently handled by one person.
- Email: pipsportswear@hotmail.com
- Slide into our inbox! We answer all emails within 1–2 business days
We aim to respond to enquiries as quickly as reasonably possible.
Response times may be longer during:
- product launches;
- promotional periods;
- unusually busy periods;
- weekends; and
- bank or public holidays.
Sending repeated messages through several different channels may delay our ability to respond efficiently.
We therefore kindly ask that you contact us once regarding the same enquiry and allow the stated response period before following up.
32. Contacting Us Through Social Media
Social media direct messages may be used for general enquiries, but they may not always be the most reliable channel for order-specific, returns or legal enquiries.
For order, return, refund, cancellation or complaint matters, please contact:
pipsportswear@hotmail.com
We may ask you to continue a social-media enquiry by email where account or order information is required.

- you have the necessary rights to submit it.
We will not knowingly publish or encourage fake or misleading reviews.
Where you give us permission to repost photographs, testimonials or other user-generated material, that permission will apply in accordance with the consent or licence given by you.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for:
- maintenance;
- security;
- technical issues;
- upgrades; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
LIABILITY
38. Our Responsibility to You
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including applicable consumer statutory rights.
Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, our products are supplied for private and domestic use unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer purchases, such as loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or commercial interruption, except where the law provides otherwise.
39. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where that delay or failure results from an event outside our reasonable control.
Examples may include:
- severe weather;
- natural disasters;
- strikes;
- transport disruption;
- courier disruption;
- internet or telecommunications failure;
- cyber incidents;
- government restrictions;
- fire;
- flooding;
- war;
- civil emergency; or
- interruption to utilities.
Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its effect.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

43. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.

We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms where legally permitted and where doing so does not reduce your rights.
You may not transfer your rights under a contract with us to another person without our agreement, except where applicable law allows otherwise.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a person who is not a party to a contract between you and us does not have a right to enforce its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

If you are a consumer resident in England or Wales, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, although consumers resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom may also have rights to bring proceedings in their local courts where applicable.
